I'm trying to go more fine art with the furry thing. Maybe try to play my graphic designer roots into a sort of Superflat/Stuckist piece. But the last thing I want it to do is to try to define the 'furry' thing, so let's not talk Maximalism. Think furry art in place of anime art, and you get the contemporary movement idea.
At present, I have a few more in mind -- but this is a start. However, it feels like it's missing something... Of course, set at 1680x1050pixels for all you mac lovers out there. |

BUT, I can tell you are really putting thought into whatever it was you said, so at least that's good!
As for it missing something, I'd say maybe it's because most the of action is going on to the right. Perhaps having the speech bubbles and cat on the opposite side would be better.
Or maybe it's the red bar on top. Personally, it really distracts me from the rest of the picture which is quite vibrant.
Probably the red bar more than the former.
Whew! ANYWAYS, it's always good to see new stuff from you. Always something cool to look at.
