The message says it all. Science, logic, and reasoning fail to make any argument against homosexual marriages. Usually, the logic is for them.
Oh, but please make a religious argument against it - I love pointing the hypocrisy in those :)

It's good that here in Britain gay marriage is legal and lesbian marriage was never illegal.

The quote from the bible states 'thou shalt not lie with man as thy lie with woman' said to men, meaning Christians never had much against lesbianism it the first place.

I love this, it's very touching--and having read all of the comments about the piece, I can see you're very eloquent in your arguments for the issue. I wish more people out there could take the time to think things through as thoroughly as you do. Let us all take you as an example. :)

I know that this is an old post and that you weren't talking to me, but I thought I'd respond anyway, in case anyone new comes along and sees it (or on the off-chance that it's still relevant to you):

I think that some of the best counters I've seen to that one are analogies. For example:

“Everyone has the right to wear size three jeans. Don't wear my size? Sucks to be you.”

“Everyone has the right to buy Beethoven's Greatest Hits CDs. Don't like my type of music? Sucks to be you.”

“Everyone has the right to pray to Zeus. Don't worship my god? Sucks to be you.”

If you try to apply that logic to just about any other situation, the Fail is pretty obvious.
